Supposedly she had her property surveyed and she is moving her fence in to the utility easement. But when I asked the lead Foreman Jason about finding the  property marker in my yard he gave me attitude.  No 811 were  called. . They came highly recommended from friends and people in the neighborhood. Jason H. absolutely rocked, from boundary line issues, site surveys to neighbor issues, he made it all easy.
